Cookbooks - The ladies have brought together their favorite and yummy recipes to create the **Star Spangled Recipes** cookbook. They are available for a donation of $10.  You can obtain a copy by contacting Betty Sue Howard at 270-924-3632 or email bettysuehoward@att.net

The next meeting of the Trigg County Republican Committee is at 7 p.m. The meeting is held in the conference room of the Courthouse Annex.

Primary Election Day

Friday-Saturday, June 1-2, 2012
The Kentucky Federation of Republican Women Executive Committee and Board of Directors will meet at Lake Barkley Resort.  The Trigg County Republican Women's Club will host the event. 

Monday, June 4, 2012
The next meeting of the Trigg County Republican Women's Club will begin at 10am at the Cadiz Christian Church in the Fellowship Hall. A salad luncheon will be served following the meeting.

The Trigg County Republican Party will host a Conservative Thinkers Breakfast.
Speakers are to be determined.   

Saturday, April 6, 2013 
3rd Annual Home and Garden Show -- The Trigg County Republican Women's Club will host the show at the Recreation Complex, Hwy 39, Cadiz, KY.
The proceeds from this event will be used to give a scholarship to two Trigg County graduating students. 
 Check back as plans are developed.

Saturday, April 28, 2012
The Trigg County Republican Party hosted their third Conservative Thinkers Breakfast. 
Kenny Imes, candidate for District 5 House, and Michael Pape, District Manager for Congressman Whitfield, were the speakers.  

Saturday, April 21, 2012 
The delegates from the Trigg County Republican Party attended the District #1 Republican Convention. This event is held every 4 years before a presidential election. The delegates were elected at the Mass Convention held in March.

The Trigg County Republican Party hosted their second Conservative Thinkers Breakfast.
Max Sturdivant , candidate for District 8 House, and Richard Nelson of the Commonwealth Policy Center were the speakers.  
 

Friday-Saturday, March 9-10, 2012 
2nd Annual Home and Garden Show -- The Trigg County Republican Women's Club hosted the show at the Recreation Complex, Hwy 39, Cadiz, KY.

Tuesday, March 6, 2012
The Trigg County Mass Convention was held. The following positions were voted on:

 

  • Precinct Captains, Co-Captains, and Youth Captains.
  • County Chairman, Co-Chairman, Secretary, Treasurer, and Youth Chairman.
  • Delegates for the District and State Conventions.

The Precinct officers and County officers comprise the County Committee.

The Trigg County Republican Party hosted their first Conservative Thinkers Breakfast. 
The speaker was Steve Robertson, the Kentucky Republican Party Chairman.  
Between the speaker's remarks and the group's questions, we had a great discussion. 

November 12, 2011

The Trigg County Republican Women's Club sponsored a booth at the Women's Health fair at the TC Recreation Center. 

October 14 and 15, 2011
The Trigg County Republican Women's Club booth at the Ham Festival was a great success.  Several candidates walked through and visited with the crowds on Saturday.

The TCRWC sponsored a table at the annual Gala of Tables held at the Trigg County High School.  President Betty Sue Howard and Jeni Mills hosted the table.  This is a description of the event from the Trigg County Schools website. 

Gala of Tables 
A true example of partnership was evident at the Gala of Tables. There were multiple community partners who sponsored a table at the Opening Day breakfast. These partners decorated their tables in a wide variety of themes. The Trigg County Public School staff received a warm welcome back.
